I am committed to helping my clients truly revolutionize their levels of customer service, using new technologies, strategies and approaches to the world of customer satisfaction, retention, advocacy & growth.
I'm an MBA graduate from Henley Business School, with a first degree in Electronic Engineering, and my career has taken me from Customer Services Manager to Chief Operating Officer and from Executive Strategist to Director of Value Consulting.
